A beautiful slow cooked curry is a great friend to our secondary beef cuts. These ingredients could also be used for a whole roast - cooked on the bone or without - in a similar method to the lamb ragu above. Dial the chillies up or down to taste. Serve with rice.

There’s a reason brisket is a *thing* these days. Slow cooking this nice fatty cut of meat means lots of flavour - melt in your mouth goodness. This version is great with some fresh or pickled asian vegies.

This recipe is great for any cut suitable for roasting or slow cooking. We’ve used bolar / blade roast. Adjust your cooking time depending on the size of your roast to ensure perfect timing for a juicy finished product.

Sue’s Beef Pasties
These are a spectacularly easy mid-week dinner paired with a simple salad and some delicious homemade tomato sauce, chutney or pickles. We’ve gone with larger quantities here as these are easy to make in bulk, cook and freeze. Then they’re ready and waiting when you find yourself with nothing organised, or when you need a zero-fuss meal.
